This machine is a new type of full-automatic chain plate sealing machine developed and researched based on customer demands. It has high production efficiency and can be automatically equipped with filling machines. The filling machine can be selected according to the customer's materials, including powder, granules, liquids, pastes, sauces, etc. It can also be customized according to the actual requirements of the customers. The sealing film can be selected as roll film or sheet film according to customer needs. Either one can be chosen.The sheet film can be placed by the automatic mechanical hand. The automatic hot sealing ensures a more reliable seal. It can seal four boxes at once, greatly improving production efficiency and saving manpower. It is highly welcomed by a wide range of users.

Machine Function and Configuration:

3. Working process: automatic cup dropping, automatic filling, automatic film rolling sealing or sheet film sealing, automatic placement of sheet film by servo mechanical hand, automatic production output.

4. The filling machine is driven by servo motor, with filling accuracy of 1%, has the drip-proof and leakage-proof filling head,which can adjust digital filling volume.

5. The ultrasonic detection hopper automatically replenishes when there is no material.

6. The material conveying pipeline uses food-grade explosion-proof pipe.

7. The machine appearance is simple and elegant, made of high-quality stainless steel 304, with food-grade industrial 2B board and galvanized effect, dust-proof, rust-proof, acid-resistant and alkali-resistant.

9. The parts are all machined by CNC machine, accurate, standard, high precision, making the whole machine run smoothly for a long time and have a long service life.

11. The frame structure is made of thick steel structure welded together, formed after one month cooling, and then machined by planer type milling machine for the flat surface, solid and stable.

13.The machine uses Servo motor to drive, has classic digital temperature controller, which makes temperature balanced.When the temperature at ±1 degree, it makes sealing reliable , no leakage and has good surface flatness effect.

14.Taiwanese photoelectric eye tracking ensures that the sealing pattern is aligned and centered.

15.Siemens PLC program control has Taiwanese human-machine interface, with fault alarm function, easy to detect faults.

16. Sealing material: Any material that matches the box is acceptable, such as plastic composite heat-sealing film or aluminum foil composite film. The film thickness should be no less than 0.1MM.

Our factory provide one-year Free Warranty and Lifetime Service. During the Warranty Period, Free On-site Service can be provided twice a year. If multiple on-site visits are required, the cost shall be borne by the buyer for meals, accommodation and transportation.

Usage Notes:

1. Before using this machine, make sure to connect the grounding wire.

2. Pay attention to safety. Do not insert your hand into the machine when it is in standby mode with power on.

3. In case of emergency, press the red emergency stop button directly.

4. When installing the sealing film, make sure to turn off the power.

5. If it is the first time to seal, start with a lower temperature and gradually increase it.

6. When placing the machine, make sure to adjust the four feet to be level first. The ground surface should be solid.

7. Regularly apply grease on the guide columns to reduce wear on the parts.

8. Clean up the hygiene every day after work, especially on the conveyor belt and the motor.

If there is a malfunction, non-professionals are not allowed to open the electrical box. Contact our after-sales service promptly.

Payment Method:

After the contract is signed, 50% of the total contract amount will be paid as a deposit. The remaining 50% can be paid after the equipment is completed and can be inspected on-site or confirmed by video. After the equipment is qualified, the payment will be made and the goods will be delivered.
